NOTES ABOUT CTK: If you haven’t already done so, please pick up your financial statements in your boxes. It is great to see a “packed” church on Sunday mornings. It will take increased patience and accommodation of seating for our visitors as we continue to grow. First impressions are everything! Please do what you can to make our visitors feel comfortable and welcomed!

SOME GREAT NEWS: Due to outstanding donations to debt reduction, our mortgage balance was lowered by $70,357.00, going from $593,382 to $523,025.00 this past year. Praise be to God for moving the hearts of the members of CTK to be generous givers to this cause. Wouldn’t it be great to have this debt retired before we build? Our building fund dollars stand at $183,272.00.

NEW MEMBER SUNDAY: We will be officially receiving new members into our church on March 2, 2025. Instead of welcoming them with a new member breakfast, we will have a new member luncheon, sponsored by the Board of Social Ministry and Outreach. If you would like to be a part of making this happen, please talk to Letitia Rutan or Cecilia Raebel.

BUILDING COMMITTEE NEWS: At their last meeting, the committee agreed upon a floor plan. Their ideas have been submitted to the architect for polishing. The plan is to present the polished version to the congregation via a Town Hall meeting (a meeting where all are invited and give the committee input, but not a meeting where any official voting will be done) on January 19, 2025, from 9:30–10:30 a.m. Please plan on attending!

2025 FLOWER CHART IS UP! Please sign up for your special Sundays. Arrangements for 2025 are normally $30 to $35. That should be paid directly to the church and noted as Altar Flowers. We still need flowers for April 13th and 27th of the first quarter.

UNDERSHEPHERD MEETING: Our next combined elder and undershepherd meeting is scheduled for February 4th at 6:00 p.m. New members joining our church will be assigned to you.
