 NOTES ABOUT CTK: We will be receiving new members next Sunday. Please help and attend the Welcome Breakfast to make it all a great success! Men at CTK, put on your schedule now our annual Men’s Retreat held at the Gohr’s residence in the Sherman, TX area.

SMALL GROUP LEADERS: Our small group Bible Studies begin in the Fall. Please let the office know if you would still be willing or would like to lead a small group. This year the book we will be looking at is titled “The Rest of God,” by Mark Buchanan. It will focus on how to restore and refresh your soul by properly celebrating the Sabbath. We could use two or three more small group leaders.

CHURCH ARCHIVIST NEEDED: As Christ the King nears its 60th anniversary (2028), we thought it would be great if someone in our church loves history and this church and would be interested in writing up a church history and organizing church archives for this celebration. If you are interested, please contact the church office.

HELP US MEET OUR GOAL: We are still in need of packs of pencils. Please bring as many as you can this Sunday, 07.26. Together we can help students start the new year with confidence!!!

CONFIRMATION: The Board of Elders have agreed to allow children who are going into 5th grade this Fall to start confirmation. If you have a 5th grader in your house this Fall and would like to enroll your child in confirmation, please talk to Pastor Raebel.

SUMMER BIBLE STUDY: Join us on Wednesday night in August for a Bible study series on Spiritual Disciplines. This study will cover how to cultivate your faith life by implementing the following practices: Learn and Live Scripture, Embrace Sabbath Living, Pray Unceasingly, Witness Willingly, and Serve Others. Starting August 5th at 6:30pm, led by DCE Allison. Childcare can be arranged if needed! Let Allison know if you are interested in attending!
